Point Fosdick House

A timber frame hybrid built on a narrow lot looking out to a southerly view of Puget Sound. Curb appeal and privacy when enjoying the deck were important design elements to overcome. Taking advantage of the view from as many rooms as possible was critical and good flow to the floor plan for maximum function provide excellent livability.
