This custom design & built home sits on a steep waterfront lot. It’s like being up on a mountain lake or stream yet it is close in to town. By using timber frame detailing in a conventionally built home, construction came in on budget without sacrificing any of the amenities. Contemporary finishes inside merge with exposed beams, natural stone and radiant floor heat over bamboo flooring. You have to like stairs but the view is worth it.
